I've never been a ATG squater so 315 ATG stlye is a PR for me. This is truly a Reconstruction on my physique. My trainer has adjusted my technique and i have pretty much started from one of my weakest points that i can remember.
Amazing numbers ...soon we will be seeing 450+ on ATG squats also ...
