I get a little butt winky when I get tired so I gotta work on that. Otherwise I am very happy about how my squat technique looks now that my changes are cemented in.
12/15/2012 Deadlift Realization 8's wave
I had terrible DOMs from squatting so I had to wait an extra day to get my deadlift session in. It went pretty well today. My son was a wake when I went to the gym so he went with me and palyed games while I lifted.

*Stopped at 15 so that I can squat on Monday. I felt like I could have easily went to 20.
