I have seen some strong people at 165-185 range. My Buddy Squatted 500x5 at 175 a week out before his show and he looked big. Natty big anyway.I don't agree with these viewpoints entirely, if your 5'7 your not going to look good at all at 250 if you are clean. Im talking from a aesthetics point of view of course.
