I'm thinking about once all the cashew I have are gone, about nixing them at Meal #3 and keeping on withthe soy. If I dow that my Carb intake will get down to about 18g (72 cal) My body packs on fat to easliy on high Carb. I think I'm gettin genough energy from the Fat and Protein as it is. Plus, maybe once a week or every other week I have a night of a lotta carb stuff.. ... Kinda like Carb-nite.
