I estimated my 1RM at 380 based on my last DL session.
Less 30% put me at 265/266.
Here's how it broke down:
365 x 1-3-4-5-4-4-4-4-5-5-4-4-4 (51 reps total)
Was fully wasted after this and can't wait to see how I feel tomorrow. If I had had my camera I would have taken shots of the crazy looks I was getting. People just don't understand *shakes head*
