CONDITIONING:
1 Minute lifts
1: DB one arm overhead: 15 reps
2: Axle Overhead 105lbs: 10 reps
3: Log press 125lbs: 7 reps
4: Deadlifts 225lbs: 22reps
about a minute or two rest between lifts, just enough to get the next thing loaded. Except the deadlifts cause that's in the basement so about 5 minutes there. Glad I made myself do it an got quite sweaty lol

Looks good man. Those deadlifts reps can be brutal.
