I'm going to try something new.
My bench sucks so bad I think it's time to give some volume a run.
I plan on dropping it to 1x a week for a while, doing a 6x3 with a max rep set on the last set, then dropping 10% and doing 5 AMAP sets.
I might use a second day each week for direct tricep work.
