Deads again felt too light.
Squats were good, no hip pain, lighter weight = so much stricter form...which is what I need.
Mil Press was hard, last 2 sets took all I had
DB Rows better at 50 lbs, will go with 55 next time
Dips, added 3 more
Anyone who tells you Dips do not hit the triceps....send them my way!!
Traps, shoulders, and upper back feeilin' it already!!
