12/5/2012 TJM Intensification Squats 10's wave
Was kinda sick yesterday and decided to skip the workout for a day. Went in today and smashed stuff
Squat:
2X5@45
1X3@135
1X3@225
9X3@250
250XAMRAP (GOT 8).
Did all sets with 90~ seconds rest. Had I rested fully before my AMRAP, I think I would have gotten 12 or so.
10 minute break
Leg Press:
2X20@300+sled weight
Single leg press:
2X10@sled weight with each leg
Hyperextensions:
2X8@ bodyweight
Notes: Happy with todays workout. Only downside is I had to squat in front of the mirror, which I hate doing. I also got some lulz watching a guy 1/4 the bar on the smith machine next to me.
