ME Squat Day
Tough day, feeling a bit sore in the arms, spent a lot of time trying to get em to co operate and managed to get some solid work done. Benching will not be fun with arms like this tho. Currently got a plan laid out for bench it will be lowered volume and higher intensity for a 4 week block. Undecided when it will start as I might need to heal up a little. Plan is to change up squats for a little bit also. A lot more volume with straight weight. Pulling will be similar to before the meet, higher volume but with some overload off blocks etc.Anyways….
