Been really busy lately folks. Will try to get around to everyone's log this evening! Friday's squat session was not great. Spent much of the day crawling around on my roof putting up Christmas lights, so lower back was not happy with me at all!

Didn't hold anything back on the top set. 5 reps was all that was there, and it was tough! Tried Steve's tip on moving heels in instead of toes out. Think I had a slightly wider stance but felt depth was pretty good. Based on how my legs are feeling today, they got some pretty good work haha!
