These goals changed not long after this as I moved into gear and didn't compete at raw nationals. I also decided to cut bodyweight and dropped a weightclass.

My revised goals from halfway through the year were something like:

SQ 272.5kg
BP 185kgs
DL 250kgs
Total 705kgs @93kgs BW to qualify for Nationals

Here's what I ended with:

SQ - 235kgs (close to 245)
BP - 172.5kgs
DL - 235kgs

Lots of room for improvement there. Learning gear was a lot harder than I thought it would be. This was due in part to mistakes that I made and will touch upon in another thread. Dropping bodyweight has also given me another challenge and although it was a worthwhile endeavour, I can confirm that being fat and strong, particularly on squat and bench, is a lot easier

Will open another thread now for 2013 goals.
