Saturday Quick Recovery Workout
Just trying to get the soreness out of my legs. I can barely walk after my squat and deadlift workout on Thursday. I am going to do strongman tomorrow. I will start with the log and then see how I loosen up. Anyway here is what I did today.
Warm Ups x about 30 mins rolling and dynamic warm ups.

95 x 2 x 5
135 x 3 x 5
These were done atg and were very painful to start. Then I loosened up a little bit.
Band Good Mornings
Light Band x 3 x 20
These helped to loosen me up.
Got some blood pumping and hoping my legs will feel much better tomorrow. I am going to do some static stretching for a little bit.
Nytric was good again got some serious pumps in my low back after a couple of sets of 20. Had to rest a little longer to let the pump subside a little. good stuff,
