Wednesday Squats and Deadlifts
This was just brutal, the weights were fairly light. But I nearly died. I almost failed with only 285 pounds on my back. Brutal!

Squats
145x2x5
235x5
Work sets
285x 10 sets x 5 reps
*60 second rest
Oh my goodness, I did not think this would be that hard. I like the short rest periods, I was sweating like a pig.

Conventional Deadlifts
135x5
225 x 5
Work Sets
315x10x5
These were probably more like 90 second rest. Did what I could, these felt really good though. Looking forward to working conventional for a while. I think it is better with my focus being on strongman.

My plan for juggernaut is to run it with a deload after every 2 cycles, that means 6 weeks of training one week deload. Every third week I will separate squats and deads for the rep out set. I think this will help me hit my true max reps. Also, on the max rep week, I will use the concept from lift run bang and work up to a heavier single then drop back. This way I can still handle some heavier weights.

Saturdays are now going to be a very light, mostly recovery day. Going to do some light front squats and a little assistance. Deadlifts twice a week are just too much with strongman. Events need to take priority.
