Get a sauce pan and place it on low heat. Toss in a stick of butter, one stick of cream cheese and a half cup heavy cream. When butter is melted and cream cheese is soft, whisk until smooth. Add a 1/2 to cup of cheese. Add diced onions, spinach and/or peppers for extra nutrition.
