I like to use the bar complex, very very light. This is RDL, to bent row, to hang clean, to push press, to squat. This definitely gets my blood flowing, I usually do 2 sets of 6-8 reps with 95 pounds so it does not tire me out at all.

Specifically for legs I usually do some form of dynamic warmup too. Just a few mobility exercises really.
