10-12 counces of OJ with 1 scoop of vanilla whey
Tastes like Creamsicle
Weekend Between Meals:
3/4 cup Frozen mixed berries
10oz milk
2 scoops vanilla whey
1/3 cup oats
tablespoon olive oil
Blend.
