Viking Press: 100x3,125x3,145x3,160x2,100 for 1 minute 18 reps its a little heavier than this not taking into account the bars
Trap Bar Deadlift: 135x3,225x3,315x3,405x3,455x3
Front squat machine:90x8,180x6,270x5
