Default

I use 36" for heavy benching. 32" on lighter bench and all squats. I liked the old APT wraps but sadly you can't get them any more. I have also used Titan THP wraps but couldn't get the long ones easily in the UK.

For UK guys I heartily recommend Strength Shop wraps. I have used the Odin wraps and still use the short ones. For heavy benches I now use the twilight wraps. They are as thick as the Odins but stretchier.

Sorry to the OP as this doesn't help but thought I'd post this for the UK members who might read.
