Big ups to M&S customer service as well. I noticed after the fact I forgot to add the BLACKFRI code for the extra 10%, and sent an email asking them to add it in. A few hours later, I got a reply telling me two important things: That code is only good by itself, no other codes allowed; most of the prices were already 10% anyway. And that if he applied that code, it would have cancelled out my other 2 codes, and I would have paid more. So he left as is, and I got max savings based on what I bought and free shipping.
