Notes: I'm trying out doing my assistance lifts in conjunction with my main movements for time saving. This was tough and I loved it! Of note, my lower back was a little touchy, probably due to a minor fender bender I was in the previous day, so I backed off on my cable crunches. Otherwise awesome session.
