thursday Thanksgiving Training
Lots of training today, went to the gym for my regular workout and then did some strongman conditioning.

Duck walk x 180 lbs
-did 3 rounds about 100 ft with a turn at 50 ft. Really pushed for speed, and nearly puked.
I did not eat enough before training, I just ran out of energy. My regular training went great, but conditioning, not so great. My legs were shaking, and my strength was starting to go. O well, I will make up for it with 10,000 calories today!!
Tomorrow I am planning on doing some clean and press, and front squats. I will be away from saturday until Wednesday for hunting season, will be a good deload but I will also do a ton of walking in the woods.
