here we've decided to rekindle this partnership!
If there's one thing I've learned is I don't respond to too rigid of a plan; so I'll add more thoughts as I go along. For now, yesterday's training session:

1 minute between sets.
Squats are looking good now, nice smooth descent and dip at the bottom. Going below parallel and it doesn't feel odd. Shoulder/Pec tendon feeling sore, need to back off the raw work a little.
But all in all, looking up.
