Bench/Squat Day
Tonight was a solid night, I benched for sets of 9 with 90kg, these went well bench felt great, I then did concentric squat/GMs off pin 28 with 4 chains up to a max single of 148.5kg. I then dropped down to 90kg for a couple rep sets. I reckon this exercise might be the cure for weak hammies cos my legs were toast after this!! I finished with some bicep curls.
