Monday November 4th - ME Lower
Disclaimer: today wasn't great,but because of the excercise choice the weights were low. I've been living off advil and goody powerder for a couple days.
Front Squat 245 x1
Been awhile,last 1RM was 185 I think. Too hard on the shoulders,can't do these much.
Sumo Deadlifts - 305 x3 (singles) - 225 x3
The source of my drug addiction is a nasty cut in my right pointer finger. Knife advice: open fast,close SLOW. But its ok now,superglue and electrical tape!
