Question concerning the inclusion of Stuart Robert's material:
I have read a lot ( much of it on MAB) that suggest Stuart's info may not be solid or that he tends to limit what a lifter can an cannot accomplish with the training he suggests.... Any one have an informed opinion? For the record, I am somewhat of a Newb and am only asking so I may learn.
