Notes
Somehow I hurt my thumb yesterday while deadlifting and it is a little tender and swollen today.
Making it hard to grip the bar.
Not good.
So taking all next week off let it heal and then will man up on Saturday and lift regardless.

Bench felt good today, last set was a battle.
