thanks Kitarpyar ... I've turned into SPIDERMAN ... need to hold on walls / chairs or any other object capable enough to hold my weight after around 1 - 1.5 hours of legs session just to walk normally .

But on the second day the feel is just amazing ... I'm feeling that my quads have become a lot more stronger than before. I'm able to see a bit of muscle separation and definition in thighs. Must recommended program if you want to take your squats to next level ...
