I am a stickler though, I believe that if you don't have your body balance and getting the vitamins and nutrients you need then you're not helping your body any more by buying these additonal supplements and powders. I may be the minority on that view but get your body in check before you go spending awful amounts of money on the next big powder to come out.

Eat a well balanced diet and there is no need to supplement a single thing. Track a food log on Fitday.com or Livestrong.com and see where you are deficient. Get plenty of rest cause plain and simple you cannot recover properly without it.
