thanks BTB ... yes they were. I've noticed that my lifting capacity at DL is also getting increased since my last 3x Squat schedule despite the fact that I'm not doing anything special for DLs. In fact 315 and 405 sets seems to be quite comfortable. Hopefully by the end of Smolov, I'll touch / bypass 440 on DLs also.
