That's was great, thank you. I do think I will continue to add raw eggs to my shakes though. Since I can't drink milk; 3 raw eggs 1/2 cup of water and 1 scoop of whey makes a delicious shake. But I should probably increase my cooked eggs consumed. I think I need to eat more anyway.
One other thing I liked about raw eggs are their anti-oxidant properties. It halves when you cook them. But now I wonder how much of that I absorb anyway...
