Have been insanely busy these past few months but made this group called "Go Dere" on facebook inspired by a video from Alberto Nunez and it has a whole bunch of natural amateurs/pros posting videos of PRs/lifts. It's only been around for a month but has about 300 members, feel free to join the group. It's closed so one of the admins will have to approve you. A great source of motivational material.
