Notes:
Lower back and glutes are sore from threatment and my pushpresses turned into strictpresses with a kneepop:-) still moved PB weights though. Also benched for the first time in months - never felt stronger and 100kg turned into speed reps. Good training today, saturday I will take the new tire for a dance:-)
