15/10 - Day of the Dead
Notes: Competed for 6h saturday, yesterday I carroed rocks for most of tve day to build a fooding ground for the horses. Today I nailed a easy deadlift PB. Just to show off really.
New program will be pull push squat on separate days, 3 days a week with room for one event day. Today I smashed ****ing Back. also I started with rows and some hamstring curls and it set me up great for the deathlift.
