Pendlay Rows
As I was walking over to set up for Pendlay rows, some IDIOT picked up one side of a barbell to unrack it and the plates from the other side slid off and BROKE TWO of my F’IN toes!!!

I am fuming right now to say the least. I went to urgent care and got it x-rayed (my right big toe is fractured in 4 locations and the toe to the right is broken in two more spots)

I’m now in a wooden boot and crutches – it’s probably going to be a while before I lift, let alone lift with lower body exercises.
