Alright first log is my last day of my first Deload week. So No impressive numbers today... Everything felt tight and strong. Ready to start round 2 of 5/3/1..
Round 1, Week 4, Day 4
Which Means Round one of my first 5/3/1 is Complete.. I have already adjusted my Number and will be starting round 2 in 2 days..
Today was a fun day. Even thou it was a Squat Day.. I got a couple of New Knee Wraps in the mail this evening.
The Anaconda Wraps are a Cast like Wrap and the Regular Rhino Wraps are softer and stretch more. I only used each wrap Twice today with 315 on the Bar. Remeber to was a Deload day. I didn't plan on even squating more the 200 today because of my knee. But I warmed up well and wrapped on the last 4 sets of 315x2..
Now to the Quick Workout... only 45min or so..
