Alright guys, it's meet week!!!!! 2012 SPF Championship in Hattiesberg, MS...4 days!!!!!
Here's my gameplan for Saturday:
Squat: 550, 600(PR) if I get that 615
Bench: 315, 335(PR), if I get that 340
Deadlift: 550, 605(PR), 650
Total = 1,600 (100 lb. PR)...if I get (615, 335, 650)
Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
