Lifted after work. Got done in time to pick up my 12 year old from tennis pratice. About 45 minutes of gym time, give or take.

I need to come to grips with the idea that I'll never be a champion chinerupper, at least not at my current weight (226ish). Bottom line is, I'm not in this to train chinups. I attempt chinups/pulldowns as an accessory to other lifts.
