Yeah, that's kinda what I thought. I had fun with the word though. Thank you for the opportunity.

I'm already thinking about where to go after this. I used to do this really cool push/pull/leg thing, but if bench press frequency turns out to be the key, I'm still only pressing once a week. I had thought about a 2-day/week routine (Squat/BP - Deadlift/BP variant). I don't know. I might dig out my notes on the Starr 5x5. I think that eventually gets you into triples and/or singles. Just to forewarn you, BtB, that I might be rattling your cage for advice in a couple of weeks. I'm smart. I'll figure something out. Or I'll be able to follow the trail of bread crumbs.
