Hey all,

Many of you may recognize my username from M&S.

Here's a bit about me:
  • Lifting for 3 years seriously
  • 21 years old
  • 1104.5lb total in the 165lb junior class at 100% RAW Meet on August 12, 2012
  • Competition lifts: 360lb Squat, 242.5lb paused bench, 509lb Deadlift (state record)

I'll be testing maxes this week and am in the process of considering/designing a new routine to focus on weak points and bringing up my bench and squat in particular.
