This is a great read for a novice and an expert. Sometimes we lose focus and do the same day in and out when we go to the gym. This actually helped me bust out of a little incline bench weight that I was stuck on.

Well written and it's FREE!

So, it's an hour to an hour and 15 minutes a day, 4-5 times a week, you bet I'm going to kick my ass all over that gym!!
