BIG NEWS FOR RAW UNITY 6: We just got the approval to hold an official Cross Fit competition at the Raw Unity weekend in February!!! More details to come soon, but this is something we have been trying for a couple of years now--and that is to add various strength sports to the Raw Unity weekend to supplement the showcased powerlifting competition. Tentatively, the Cross Fit will be from 9am-12pm on both Saturday and Sunday mornings; and the powerlifting will begin at noon.
