My daughter killed it today! Her free squats are confident and deep enough to pass. We did box squats first, then tried free squat doubles with just the bar. She hit depth on 6 out of 6 free squats and looked really good. On a couple she got a hair forward, but we'll continue to work on that.
She has worked hard and is ready for the UPA powerlifting meet in November. Our only goal is to get one good lift per exercise.
I am really proud of her.
We are having a good time lifting together. She really enjoys learning.
