Its just a variety of the assistance work I used to do- pull ups, flies, sit ups, weird movements targeting weak muscle groups. I just dubbed it super secret assistance work because if I had to write it down at the gym I wouldn't bother doing it hahahaha

There is no set reps or sets or weight/ I just do what I feel and some how just know it works.
