Im on the same boat as you having no current job. So besides training clients in the morning (sidework) and a little basketball every now and then, I'm really not active other than lifting sessions. It really makes it hard to judge needed carb intake on me, I hate it.
That diet looks MUCH better, five solid meals. Living in CA I could never afford to eat lean beef x4 everyday, that is some good eats!
