Thanks for the support guys!

Don't mean to sound like a broken record, but havent been able to maintain my consistency the last two weeks, personal & financial reasons.. So I kept things pretty simple today just to get in the groove again, not trying to back pedal. Going to really start focusing on my Bench and OHP's - progression and intensity.

Oh and once again, the guy at work wants to preach his "knowledge" to me. This time he says I should change my program every week to shock my muscles and not plateau..

Okay enough about me!
