Day 33
All is well. Weight is holding steady the last 8 days. No additional weight loss. Sleeping less but far more productive. Staying up later writing and feel good during the day.
8:00 am - Whey protein in coffee, 24 ounces.
11:00 am - Whey protein in coffee, 24 ounces.
1:00 pm - Whey protein in coffee, 16 ounces.
5:00 pm - 4 eggs with cream cheese sauce - cream cheese, butter, cheddar cheese and heavy cream. Added spicy green salsa on top. This was amazing!
Snack - Almonds with a couple Hydramino drinks.
