then he starts going on about I don't have to lift heavy and how I can do higher reps, different training techniques and hack squats. I'm thinking, why the hell would I wanna do that? I told him I appreciate the ideas and I'll try it out sometime, but for now I'm training for strength.

Even a couple weeks ago, a co-worker who happens to go to the gym I joined. Was trying to say I don't have to lift heavy and I can get big with higher reps and its okay to switch up my routine..


People are scared of heavy weight. Avoid these black holes of mediocrity.
