Good day. Working long hours but the energy is there. No daily sluggishness. Really grooving with the low carb lifestyle. Never go to bed hungry, never have sugar or junk food cravings. I haven't touched a nibble or sugar, nor have I wanted to, in about a month now.

8:00 am - Whey protein in coffee, 24 ounces.
11:00 am - Whey protein in coffee, 24 ounces.
1:00 pm - Whey protein in water, 16 ounces.
3 pm - One scoop of Hydramino in 16 ounces of water.
5:00 pm - 4 beef hamburger patties topped with raw onion and bleu cheese.
Snack - Almonds with a couple Hydramino drinks.

Weight: Steady @ 307.2

HUGE water flushing day. Not sure what's happening. But by 5 pm I was thirsty again. Been drinking a lot since then. Less than optimal sleep last night but here I am, working late and feeling great.

8:00 am - Whey protein in coffee, 24 ounces.
11:00 am - Whey protein in coffee, 24 ounces.
1:00 pm - Whey protein in coffee, 16 ounces.
3 pm - One scoop of Hydramino in 16 ounces of water.
5:30 pm - 6 sausages chopped and added to a 6 egg omelet. Shredded mozzarella too.
Snack - Almonds with a couple Hydramino drinks.

Weight: Steady @ 307.2
