When a bodybuilder says "light", it is light by their standards. Which could be repping 140 lbs dumbbells for DB bench. They could perhaps use 160, but the "form" would be a bit shaky. So a "light" 140 it is with good form.

For an average guy like me, 140 lbs each side would be heavy for DB bench.
